please pray for god to do a miracle two in fact… i need a great lawyer to be in court with me to get me my condo back by feb 17th 2017, I am praying for a huge financial miracle to not only gt me back all the years stolen and ruined by these con artists… but to give me my hearts desire and be able to achieve all that god placed in my heart… to get an MBA , to to have a family of my own with two little girls i even drempt about… having successful businesses and being an angel investor with a God based philosophy to show his glory and to shine for him working in partnership with philanthropies and foundations.. with establishing grants and scholarships…. my condo was the last and only thing i had that they had not ruined broken stolen and destroyed….. and i ‘ve been praying for 15 years for protection from harm and for a huge financial miracle, for restoration of everything broken stolen destroyed and ruined and i really need prayer and need god to show up and show off…. NOW… i’ve been fighting this warfare for 15 years… and praying and telling people to keep praying and that God answers prayers and have even had people mock me and tell me “hows that going for you?” laughing at the time i’ve spent praying and mocking my belief in god and the miracles he is able to do…. they have ridiculed that i’ve prayed through jesus christ and not been answered… and had even more horrible situations heaped on top….. I’m really at my limit and am right now in tears about everything…. please pray for miracles… i’ve given tithes since 2004 and bought products, watching television preaching and really believing in a loving God who sacrificed his son for my enernal salvation… and even a god who is a great father who wants to even give me the desires of my heart…. i am inserting a letter i have been writing to the potential lawyers to help represent me.. could you please pray over that as well so that God can over power all that the enemy has destroyed! thank you god bless lu mary jean ziska
Hi my name is Mary Jean Ziska. It is February 3, 2017. My foreclosure case is: 11- 2015-CA-0001170. I live in Naples Florida and have been fighting for my condo ownership since 2005 when I did a refinancing with Aegis. Ian Stein the broker asked me for a personal loan and I have been haunted by criminals and their crooked companies ever since. I never got any repayment of the loan and there was a Mers transfer and then David J Stern’s involvement including his attempt at foreclosing on my condo in 2008. The case was dismissed as he did not have the proper paperwork and at that time the involvement of a limited guardianship to help protect my property. The limited guardianship was set up with two areas of assistance: to defend lawsuits and to contract. I also had my identity stolen a few times and kept removing fraudulent accounts along with fraudulent mortgages from my credit report thinking that was enough to protect my home ownership.
On September 1st my condo was sold at public auction with the bank who foreclosed upon me buying it for $161,000.00. I was only notified about the sale and about the foreclosure case approx. 5 days before the sale. My limited guardian (currently Marion Gregory-my 79 year old mother) was told by the attorney whom she retained (Linda Yerger) that I was not to be informed of the proceedings. Linda Yerger also was hired and advised Marion to illegally create and submit (July 2014) a chapter 13 and chapter 7 bankruptcies behind my back and falsify documents as to classes and information necessary for procuring this bankruptcy. I don’t know if my contacting authorities concerning the bankruptcy made Linda advise Marion to violate my due process rights but violation upon violation has occurred over this entire process. I had never met Linda Yerger until a cross- hearing before Magistrate David Friedman when she official withdrew as counsel and attorney of record though in her comments she believed her job was done when she lost the case and my condo was put up for sale. She gave no further counsel as to a remedy to the sale (such as the 10 day period to buy back my condo and to submit an objection to the foreclosure sale). I filed paperwork pro se into a portal I created for Marion Gregory. I filed two objection to the foreclosure sale, two requests for documents ( that were ignored) an objection to the magistrate( that also seemed to be ignored as a cross hearing was set before the magistrate, an objection to the magistrate’s recommendations, a request for an extension (also ignored) and a motion for a continuance that was finally granted allowing me to obtain legal representation by a hearing date set for February 17th 2017 @ 3:00PM. I am in need of immediate counsel!
I have been doing research and also recently read CHAIN OF TITLE and as far as all the crooked companies on my land records, they are included in the book along with many news articles and lawsuits brought against them including: David J Stern, Ocwen, Option One, Christian Trust, 21st mortgage to name a few. I have even received a check from Litton Loan that was not listed no my land records for a foreclosure settlement that I am completely unaware was ever a part of my land records. In 2006 I paid either American home servicing or American home mortgage servicing company while I was still paying aegis aprox $10,000.00 in mortgage payment s for the month of May alone! I contacted the state attorney office and was assigned an ombudsman who contacted Ocwen concerning complaints filed with the State Attorneys office. Ocwen didn’t have any information on me or my address but is listed on my land records and is the crooked company who bought Litton loan . To make matters even more interesting I even found an article on the lawyers for 21st mortgage (the plaintiffs in my foreclosure case) who used to work for Ocwen …. (Quintarios, Prieto, Wood, and Boyer PA) the article mentioned they were caught “spoon feeding” their robo- witnesses in their foreclosure cases while working for OCWEN. I received a letter in the mail last week that my condo was in foreclosure and to be sold at auction on the 1st of sept…. and it was sold for $161,000.00 I am crushed….. Please pray for me to save my condo….to rebuy it or remeed it from the foreclosure sale that occurred 9/1/2016…. I have lived here in Naples in this condo since April of 1999…. The shock of a lifetime was the note in my mail that in 4-5 days there would be an auction of my condo…. i had been trying to clear it for rental options to try to pay a lawyer to help remove the fraud bankruptcy(2014) by marion gregory/linda yerger and antoinella scarpa… which started as a chapter 13 …. then to a chapter 7 giving me a personal debt…. and then this…. not to mention the 5th 3rd bank account and stolen money from 2015… my life has basically been systematically ruined…. You have no idea how embarrassing this is, I really considered myself a fairly independent person capable of taking care of everything all on my own. Well, I have hit a road block where I am stuck and perhaps you might have a suggestion or a means to help and so I am coming to my friends to humbly ask for your help. I created a GO FUND ME account (www.gofundme.com/maryjeanziska) . I created this account to help me hire and retain legal services in order to stop and rectify all the problems created by some really evil people! I planned on taking the situations I had to endure to the senators to request a change in laws ( which a bill is being proposed in July 2015) and make sure no one has to go through the hardships created by some really rotten people! To begin with, I have made a bit of progress and closed down the fraudulent bank account (5th 3rd bank ) opened by Marion Gregory (Jan/Feb/March of 2015) based on more lies that I was under 18 years of age… incompetent and incapacitated….but still have not had the funds she stole returned( $1222.66). I have not had any success in removing the fraudulent bankruptcy Marion Gregory/Antoinella Scarpa and Linda Yerger created using my name and social security number July of 2014. They created it as a chapter 13 to protect a 500 thousand mortgage… ( not my mortgage ) and when I contacted the DOJ ( Department of Justice) she harmed my reputation, lied and said I was suicidal…. ( I was not!) she filed paperwork put me through horrid experiences… I was told ( I do not have a copy of what transpired…. Was not involved and in fact purposely went about trying to stop it at any means possible! ) the lawyer linda yerger was fired, and then changed the chapter 13 to a chapter 7….. giving me a personal debt….. when I have/had no personal debt….. I drive my dead aunts Saturn( where 2 of the car doors do not open. And it has already had a recall by GM for the ignition switch problems that killed people!) I have no credit card debt…! Needless to say…. An additional fraudulent bank account at Regions bank and seven or more fraudulent accounts were opened in 2012 and a fraudulent mortgage created in 2012 and attached to a mortgage that was already closed in 2005!….. The group who opened the fraud mortgage took out 65 thousand dollars and got a new car/new appliances and other assorted items …. Needless to say it’s a mess to clear up…. I have been doing all I can do on my own…I created videos on my facebook account and on my blog attached to : www.mysearchforjustice.com and even placed them on www.mygingerbreadman.com to get the word out about these problems and ask for your help…..I am sorry to say I have had no response and no help so I am personally appealing to you today again…. And adding on additional “challenges I am going through…. Unbeknownst to me, since about 2012 I started these respiratory problems and a heap of other “allergies” that I have learned were caused by a mold /mildew problem …. So I am appealing for any construction help as well… As of Jan 2015 I have been clearing out my condo and wiping down and hopefully clearing off any and all problems….Its been a big project and I thought that I would have all the legal problems worked out so I could get an equity line of credit or even a loan to do the construction work in my condo… but with no contributions to the www.gofundme.com/maryjeanziska account… and no financial miracles placed in the palms of my hands I may have to find an alternative solution…. One idea I had was to finish all the renovation /construction work in my condo and see what I can do about renting it out to try to raise the funds for the legal services….I don’t know what to do…. If you can help with legal services….& Any legal contacts… any construction supplies ( tile/ paint/ drywall / appliances etc.) & construction contacts or mold/ mildew removal supplies & mold/ mildew contacts…. Or even any finances that can be placed in the go fund me account…. To be used for all the above and legal services…. That would be GREAT!…. I can try to pay back (slowly with finances or with other options … I am slowly paying my Dad back with food stamp supplies ( ie food) for the paint and help he has provided … and I have adds to sell the 1990 Mercedes 300E for the cost of the transmission that resides in the car…. video on selling the 1990 mercedes 300 E / a picture of the car in my garage / the receipt of last work done which was the transmission in 2010 at coastland auto and the dealings with auto Europa… and “marty” who went to Ohio state university same school as the girl who trespassed into my complex and bullied me…. the same last name as mathew kahel who worked for David j stern who tried to steal my condo in 2006-2007 same years my identity was stolen for the 2nd time…. now in 2015-2016…. the criminals and thieves really have covered all their bases when it comes to the scam and making sure there is no way ( other than miracles) for me to fix all the damage they have done.. the fraud bank accounts.. stealing money from social security… the fraud bankruptcy…. 5th 3rd bank 2nd letter and part of money returned from stolen social security money stolen by marion gregory when she lied to open fraud bank account to both 5th 3rd bank and lied to social security that I was under 18 years old, that i was incompetent and incapacitated and that she was a full fledged guardian… in truth she manipulated and harmed my life to become a limited guardian who was no entitled to touch my finances… or to open bank accounts without even telling me, or to change the social security payee situation…. I have been to the social security office multiple times and in this video two more tickets for still trying to retrieve the money she stole….the weird thing is that she was nice to me before x-mas so i went to my sisters to spend x-mas with her and everyone… and i asked for an apology on Christmas eve… thinking , as a Christian it would be a nice time to forgive her for all the harm she and others have done for the past 2-3 years…. to my life, my credit and my finances….. but she didn’t think she needed to apologize….. and then when i was in Naples cleaning up the mold mildew situation that stated from an upstairs leak in the master bathroom… she trespassed onto my property 4 times…. once leaving a very mean and threatening letter…. and then once a nice note… Gota say…. these horrid experiences have been nothing like the GREAT mom I had when i was growing up in Ras Tanura….. i mean Marion Ziska …. decorated my dorm room in 1 day… she gave me a gold American express card to protect me while traveling to and from boarding school… she took me to mount everest when i was 13… on an African safari when i was 12… to India through Europe and really love me and blessed me…. being threatened harmed stolen from and my life and credit ruined is not LOVE…. an nothing like marion ziska… who raised me… maybe when she changed her name to marion gregory…. i dont know but these have been the worst years… i don’t know if the goal is to ruin my credit with her fraudulent bankruptcy so she can steal my condo… or just ruin my life… but i could use some serious prayers of protection is anyone sees this and protection from harm… like the police officers in courageous..looking for real men/women and children of honor and integrity… real friends…. and my GREAT LIFE BACK!
