whatabtmary@yahoo.cm) ad i have an accont with eharmony.  I was jsut charged o January 27th for a month of eharmon when i opted the free communiation mont ( january 28th-February 28th 2011) Please have eharmony refund teh month ( $29.00 ) on my bank accoout immediately.  thank youfor your kind attention inthis matter. To whom it may concern:  I jsut got off the pohne form a very rude perosn wo is suposedly in your custoer care departmetn.  Her name is Jena and clained that she has no id reference number for the call or for herself.  Iwas calling to follow up o the free communication month starting form january 28th until february 28th 2011.  This rude person said that as a loyal member who ahs an auto billing for eharmon y I was not allowed to take advantage of the free enent.  She said tht  if I did i wioudl be cancelling my membershp wih eharmony.  I believe that what she told me must be false because b ecause i receided three emaisl letting me know about taking advantage of the free eharmony event.  Myaccount is under

I received an email for a survey concerning tthe quality of the eharmony help… but i did not receive an email or phone call for theactual  help i requeted(?)  

I emailed twice concerning the billing of my eharmony account for $29.00 when i opted fo r te free month o eharmony.  I wold like my bank reimbursed for this amount.  I was billed on January 27th and would like a refund as i wol d really like to take advantage fo th e free month. I received three emails adn opted fo the free month before the biling of mymoht.What do i nend to do to take advantage of the free mont and stil continue to be a loyal member?  Please email me to a different address:

Thank you for contacting eHarmony.

I understand that you are looking to take advantage of our current Free Communication Event. This event is being offered for users who do not have a current subscription. This event only offers limited communication and does not offer the ability to use the eHarmony Mail feature or view photo’s.

We sincerely regret that you had a negative experience when speaking to one of our Customer Care agents. We take matters such as this very seriously and I assure you that your feedback will be forwarded to the appropriate department for review.

I understand that you are looking to receive a refund however, your account is not refund eligible. Additionally, you would be loosing feature benefits should you not have a subscription and only be using the service during the Free Communication Event.

So that you can continue taking advantage of the benefits of being a subscriber, I have applied two free months to your account. Your new expiration date is 04/27/2011.
